Problem with header order

Hello,

I'm having trouble with a different header style in this URL: http://www.bpdm.com.br/lucon/

Now it's: Slider - Action bar - Menu

I need it to be: Action bar - Slider - Menu

Can you help me please?

Hey,

we are sorry but it's not possible to have Action Bar at the top but menu at the bottom. If you want Action Bar to be at the top, menu must be also there.
