Not Working

I have removed css and all files I added and plugins and the mega menu still is not working. I followed the instructions exactly.

any link to page where Mega Menu does not work? What steps you followed exactly?

Under shop should be the mega menu but it comes up as a normal sub-menu. I tried using the # as it says in the directions. I tried with title and without. I worked at first. Then when I went to edit it it did not work any more. I have the latest version of wordpress and the theme. Is there a check box or on/off switch somewhere?

Did you checked "Active Mega Menu" checkbox as well what we presented on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/doc-images/menu-edition.png ? If you did it, please do the screenshot of how your settings from that section for SHOP menu looks like so we can have a look on it.
