1) Background image was added for HTML what means you can not remove it just for the blog page. Image can be removed for the whole site only.
2) To remove social sharing, please deactivate Share Box under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section.
3) To remove date and author from single post pages, please use the following css:
