Where to put in Anchor Link names in muffinbuilder

I have created this site - http://wip-bn.com/
The other day I had drop down headings working from the "about us page" and "speaker page"
I have been able to create the custom links in the menu section. But don't think i'm putting the custom link name in the correct place on the page.
For example on the speaker page - I want to be able to have the drop down menu go to all 3 sections of that page, The first being the founders & host section, then the next month speaker section, then the previous speaker section.
I've been able to create each custom link ok on the menu section - see below.
I've created the custom link as shown in this image 
I was of the understanding I had to then put the name of the "custom link" into in the Custom/Classes section of the header item - as shown in the image.
But it seems to not be working now.
Can you clarify if this is entered in the correct place or if I am missing some sort of html code that goes with this.

instead of Custom | Classes, you should put this name into Custom | ID field but this can be set for section items only.
