Betheme Slider, Sticky header and Parallax Effect stpped working on mobile.

Hi, I recently bought Betheme and I working my way thru it. I loaded beparallax demo content and parallax was working in mobile at the beginning just as in the beparallax demo. after a while the parallax stopped working I am also unable to se the sticky header in mobile. Is this something related to my hosting? why does it work in your demo site and it does not in my site?

    Hi, the website is www.radikaltech.com its actually on the demo content I am still trying to make the parallax effect work in mobile with no luck.

    Thanks for the link. So the parallax effect and sticky just does not work on mobile because such devices are technically incompatible with those features. We have no idea when and where parallax was working for you but it's definitely not true because parallax can't work on mobile.

    That's a good question. We wonder how is that possible that parallax works on mobile on your side because we checked this demo already and parallax does not work on mobile just like as should. Maybe the problem is with cache on your end? Please open this demo in private mode and check there because we are sure that parallax does not work on mobile as this is how it exactly supposed to behave on mobile devices.

    The reason why a bought this theme is because it worked on mobile. It is working now and here's proof of it. Private mode and no private mode.


    It also works older android devices. But my version does not. All I want is to find a way to fix it.

    You guys did it for your beparrallax demo. And you are the creators of this theme. I really hope that you can help.

    That's completely incomprehensible for us but on our end parallax does not work. And like we wrote above, parallax shouldn't work on mobile devices. Anyway, because we don't want to lose a time for
    agonizing about parallax on mobile, with next theme update, we will add an option under Theme options > Responsive to activate parallax on mobile. But please notice that we do not take any responsibility of how parallax effect works on mobile devices. Also it wouldn't work on all mobile devices because many of them just does not support it.
