Sub-menu items are different height and alignment, please help :(
I'm having issues with the first level of sub menus in the main menu in the header. The sub-menu opens on hover as it should, but some menu items are not as tall as other menu items. This seems to affect the current page's sub-menu. I have tried changing line-height, min-height, padding of various elements etc.

P.S. Also, is there any way to make the site *not* reload the background image every time a link is clicked? It slows the site down.
