Fixed menu top alignment

Hi there,

When I select the 'fixed menu' at the header layout options, the top alignment is a bit of.

The top of the content isn't in line with the bottom of the menu...

I shuffled the settings and looked at the code, but can't find why it happens.

Any suggestions?
