Parallaxing messing up?

Hey Guys,

Just working on a clients website and I've discovered an interesting bug going on and hoping for some help.

http://testing.gldstudio.com/surrealhomes/ We have this website running Betheme - Parallax and it seems to be rather random on the parallaxing breaking and not showing correctly. The issue seems to reside within script.js on lines 863- 876. Whenever it does not use 'stellar' and instead uses enllax() for the parallaxing the theme seems to break, and the parallaxing is all shoved up and not centered.

We are currently using BeTheme 12.2.

Hi,

we are sorry but we don't get it. Did checked your site already and didn't noticed anything wrong. As we can see you use translate3d parallax feature which is our opinion is the best one and works fine in all browsers.

No worries! I have attached some pictures and more details about how this is happening. It's worth nothing that I have tested this on multiple computers, and all 3 have this issue, on different browsers. Mine does not work on Safari, yet my coworkers is broken on Chrome and Firefox. Versions don't seem to matter either as we are all running similar version sets.

The first picture shows the same website on Chrome VS Safari, chrome with working parallax, safari without working parallax. In the inspectors you can also see the HTML structuring and notice that on Safari it ends up being structured very different from chrome. This HTML structuring does not seem to work on any of the browsers, however it also is not called on all the browsers.

I have since updated to BeTheme 12.8 and the issue still exists.

Are you talking about specific parallax? Did you noticed this for the specific one or each?

The website is using parallaxing on all the images, on safari the parallaxing gets off-centered more and more each image down. It's as if the "middle point" of the parallax is shifted up so instead of parallaxing in the center of the div, its near the top of the div.

I'm not sure if this answers your question at all, if not could you please clarify a bit?

Ok we think that we got it. This is how we did it exactly. We set different parallax for Safari because many of them does not work well under this browser and that's why we decided to load different parallax. If you will send us access to your dashboard and FTP privately, we may have a look on it and fit those images to your needs.
