Scroll Down Menu Problem
Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my menu bar. This is the website http://www.istitutoitalia150.it/
When I scroll down the menu there is the blue line just underneath it that it makes a space on the top. It should stay just attached to the menu, at least it was like that before. I didn't touch the CSS yet so I guess a previous update made this error.
Any idea how to fix it?

to move this line up on sticky header, please use the following css:
#Top_bar.is-sticky::after { top: 60px !important; }
