How do I go back to an older Sideversion

Hi, I made some modifications on mi side and saved them. That was a terrible mistake because I lost goog text and Features. Can I get back to this older Version and actualize it? Thanks, Monica

to go back to the time when everything was ok, you need to contact with your admin and ask him for a backup.
