it's description field which is available under each item under Appearance > Menus section. If you don't see such field, please click in the right top corner on Screen Options menu and activate this field.
P.S. If current search is not good for you, you can always search directly in google with the following query:
your keywords/s site:forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/
So far we did not found way to add such option. Adding custom icons requires files customization and that's why can not be added as simple theme option. That's why we did not decided to add this feature yet.
