Hi man, i inserted my shortcode: [popup title="VER" padding="0" button="1"]<img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-3940" src="https://www.dragaogoiano.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/bloggif_572ce059bf92f.jpeg" alt="bloggif_572ce059bf92f" width="600" height="415" />[/popup]

But, this error happening. Look my image error: dragaogoiano.com/arquivos/error_popup.jpg

it's because you set fixed width for the image. If you will send us link to page where this happens, we will see if there is anything what we can do for you.

I not fixed width, in my admin aditional and plugins > Pretty Photo | Width: EMPTY and Pretty Photo | Height: EMPTY

Check the code you left above and you will see if you didn't set fixed width for the image. Isn't width and height fixed? Anyway, to increase popup width, you need to use the following css:

div.pp_pic_holder { width: 640px !important; }

Yes, this is true. So or your popup will not be responsive or you can not set the images with fixed width and height just like you did it above.
