Logo no longer a link "home"

I upgraded to 4.7 of BE and now my logo is no longer a link back "home".

Is this a bug or did you mean to remove this?

I found the upgrade created a new setting which was set to "off" by default.

Turned on and now working.

Yes, this is additional option but we don`t know why you had "OFF" by default. We tested it already and as we see it is "ON" by default. However we're glad you found this option yourself

I can assure you it was set to off after the upgrade. Client found it and reported it to me. it has now been fixed.
