Logo Pixelated in IE 11

For some reason the logo on my site is pixelated in IE 11 on Windows 7. I uploaded a a logo image that is larger than the logo size that is outputted, so it isn't being scaled up. What can I do to make it look clear?

http://bsafoundation.wpengine.com/ - it is only blurry in IE, not chrome or firefox.

Ok, thanks. If you look at http://pasteboard.co/Zo0swte.png you will see what is your current logo size. Because it's so big, your logo is not sharp. Please notice that you can not use such large images for logos.
