Also, I believe the errors are from a Soundcloud embed code I placed in a footer widget. Is there another way I can embed the player without the errors?
You need to contact with the author of embed code and ask him what might be wrong with his code. We checked your site and did not found anything related with BeTheme.
You don't see it because of the of those soundcloud errors in JS what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/12sTSHg9.png so until you will not fix it, the menu won't appear.
We can not verify it because we still see the same errors related with Soundcloud. Except that, you should also remove all extra plugins and then let us know so we can have a look on it.
