My logo and menu needs to be up and down two rows, and each center alignment, is there a solution?

Did you also set Minimalist header under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section and Transparent header under Theme options > Global > General section? Next time if you don't know how something was done, we suggest to create extra wp instance where you can import layouts and learn how some things were made.
