scroll languages menu

how can I create the scroll efect in languages menu TOP. When I add link in default menu it scroll fine, but in in languages menu the some link don't scroll.

we did never tested it so we don't know if it's possible. What you can do is add scroll class for those menu items. However, if this won't help, we do not have other solution.
