Add space on top and bottom of post/article

Hi there - how can I add more space on my posts (especially the page with the full article) on top and bottom of each post.

generally I would like to add more space between the logo / header container and the post/article PLUS the space between the title of post and bottom /comment box ( that means generally more margin around the post-text...

as far as it concerns the margin of logo (bottom) I am not sure if this can easily be done by the option panel - I just didnt find it...

Ok. So to increase spacing on single post page, you need to use:

.single-post .post-header { margin-bottom: 50px !important; }
.section.section-post-footer { margin-top: 50px !important; }

Thanks - worked so far. However I would need help to add space between the header container and post title - meaning the space between logo and title... see here: http://imgur.com/pgtjptr
