menu mobile vs pc

in Brazil, the resolutions on the PC are even smaller.
I'm having trouble because the mobile menu appears frequently in pcs.
Have some option to reduce the resolution for him to show up?
I would like to change to 900px. It's possible?

yes, you can reduce Responsive Menu Initial width under Theme options > Responsive section.
