1. I have problem with Button "scroll to TOP). Try here button not scrool up, only only reload page
2. My menu not align correct on 17" laptop first time when I load page, but when I scroll down and back is OK.

if you look at http://pasteboard.co/19N7VmMm.png you see how many errors in JS console you got. This is the reason of your problems. Of course those errors are not related with theme at all so you need to look for a problem somewhere else (plugins for example).
