Some page content not showing online with BeTheme

Hello,

I designed a small, one-page website with a media grid. The media grid is not displaying online. When I switch themes to WordPress Twenty Sixteen, all the content is there. It did display with Internet Explorer (never with Chrome or Firefox, it seems) but only briefly, and then it disappeared again. I can't have that happening. Yes, I have cleared the cache. 

I've read the thread about needing to increase the max_input_vars to 10,000. I contacted my host and they did that, but without success. 

I've never had this problem before with any other theme. I have another much larger website on the same server, and there are no problems with displaying content. Is it something specific to this theme?
