add a image in the menu

How can i add an image on the right side of the menu. I have the logo on the left. i use the plain style. But i also need an image on the right side..
How can i add this?

we have only one menu style where you can use image/banner on the right side of the logo - it's Magazine header. In all other cases, you need to modify includes/header-top-area.php file.
