One centered, single footer section. How to achieve?

If I set this to 1/1 like the screen shot, which widget Footer section do I use for that?

I have a social media icon block in the Footer #1 and it acts as if my settings are 1/4 1/4 1/4 1/4 seeing how it's all the way to the left.
How do I achieve one full width section for the footer?
How do I center the content I put inside the "Text" widget so that it centers in the footer section?

if you set Full width footer layout, the first footer (Footer #1) would be taken into account. However, if it does not work like that, please send us dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
