Disclaimer link in Footer of Betheme

Can you please tell me how I can place my disclaimer page into the footer?
I need this for Facebook ads tracking pixel options.
The disclaimer link should be placed between the copyright text and social icons in the footer: http://massagehellevoet.nl/

to do this, you need to modify footer.php file as this is the only way to add code into this section.
