Please help,

i have gone into one of my customers websites to make some text changes and im unable to use the mussin builder as a little message appears at the bottom of the left had of the screen javascriptvoid()

I am not technical at all - thats why i use the amazing BeTheme

Hi,

we suggest to deactivate all plugins because one of them might be a culprit. But if this won't help, you need to re-install WP and theme files totally.

Does this mean i will lose all my work? (the plugins were deactivated, but unfortunately they were not the fault

If you will not remove database, then you won't lose it because content and settings are stored in database.
