Yoast isn't identifying content
Yoast is not recognizing the content in Muffin builder.
Red: The text contains 0 words, which is far too low. Increase the word count.
Red: The focus keyword doesn't appear in the first paragraph of the copy. Make sure the topic is clear immediately.
All other SEO criteria are green.
Under "BeTheme SEO Fields" the "Use built in themes" is OFF which is recommended for an external SEO plugin.
Is it possible to get Yoast to identify the content?
After reviewing comments it seems that BeTheme prefers for people to use the BeTheme SEO. But when I turn off the Yoast SEO it doesn't seem like the BeTheme SEO shows how well pages are preforming in terms of SEO. If opting to use BeTheme SEO where can you see if the pages are SEO ready?

Yoast recognize the content which is inside default WP editor and that's why it does not recognize the content of Muffin Builder. What you need to do to make the content visible for Yoast is move it into wp editor. So if you want to do this, you can use Builder >> SEO option.
