Theme is invisible via FTP

Hi - I recently updated to the latest version of the theme using the recommended Envato plugin. Everything works fine.

The only issue is via FTP, when visiting the theme folder there are no files? The Child theme is fine and has everything. How is the theme being accessed?

Do you have any explanation?

    Hi,

    this is first time when someone is telling us that theme is invisible via FTP and to be honest we don't know what to say as it has nothing to files for sure. If the theme works just (as expected) but the files are somehow invisible, you definitely supposed to contact with your admin as it can't have nothing to theme.
