Items disappearing

Hi - I am trying to build the home page of a site. I used the Medical theme as the demo. I have quite a lot on the page - but is there a limit to how long a page can be?

I am trying to add 4 Our Team profiles in the bottom section and when I add them and edit them they appear to be fine. but when I hit UPDATE button to save the changes the items disappear. If I move this section up higher in the page all 4 profiles appear to work just fine, but then other things disappear from the bottom of the page.
What the heck is going on?

I had the server guys change those parameters, but it still isn't working... now it has new error messages. could you please have a look at it?
