Two unwanted strips on content pages

  Hey,
  
  the black bar below menu is header's background and if you don't want it, just activate Minimalist option under Header section. But we do not understand which gap above Action Bar you mean? Do you mean the section which appear after you click on the arrow in the right top corner?

  Ah - thanks. The header bit is fixed.
  re: action bar - can you see the Action bar has the slogan "Physiotherapy and Occupational Health"slogan plus the phone number and email? The black strip/Action bar is fine. but above that, and between the ACtion Bar and the Wordpress info in the very top, there is a White strip - about the same height as the action bar. I want the Action bar to be butting right up to the top of the browser window....
