Link to an external website on a project

Hello,
on a website i'm making, http://rcarre.ch/portfolio-item/projet-1-2/
on this project i have an external website "site web" linked. When i click on it it redirect me to the url but the page url is before it so it just can't reach the desired website. I just want it to go straight to the website i'm linking. Not sure why it's not working
i've searched deeply how to achieve this but i can't seem to find it. This is obscure to me.
Any help would be gladly appreciated.
