How to swap position of Action Bar and Top Social Links
Using the Surfing theme, we'd like to switch the position of the Action Bar and Top Social Links if possible. Making the Action Bar appear at the top right corner instead of the left. Is this possible?

would be great if you can show us on the screenshot how exactly you want to do this + send us link to page where you wish this to be done.
We would like the contact details from the top left corner to go on the right, and the links from the right to go into the top left corner.
