How to Create a footer Menu?

Sorry,I can't find a way to create a footer Menu.Can you guys show me how?

Hi,

first, you need to create menu under Appearance > Menus section and then assign it to footer under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.

Yeah,I tried,there are just 5 locations:Main Menu | depth 5 (Header Overlay 1),Secondary Menu | depth 2 (Header Split 5),Languages Menu | depth 1,Social Menu Top | depth 1,Social Menu Bottom | depth 1.So it should be social menu bottom?
