Uploading new custom html template

Hi,
I have a custom made html page or theme designed. Can I import the custom developed html template/ theme through muffin builder and work on it.
Say for example: I have custom designed and htmlized page. Can I upload/import the custom design into the website through muffin builder. Does the muffin builder allow and support such template/custom developed theme.
I appreciate your thoughts.
