How to change the background of the Blog?

Hello,
I would like to change the background of my blog-page to "rgba(255,255,255,.9)".
Under "Dashboard > Pages > Blog" I can't change it, because there are no entries in Visual Composer or the Muffin Builder.
Could you please let me know how to do it?

all background colors you can change under Theme options > Colors section but if you won't be able to change color from this section, you need to send us link to page where you would like to change color and we will have a look on it.
