Logo resizing automatic & google maps not working (NGO theme)

Hi guys

I'm using the NGO theme - logo resized when I refresh in the middle of page.

Google maps giving me this error - Oops! Something went wrong.

This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.
