Blog permalink slug

HI,

I created a blog page named News, but when I create a new post I don't have /news/post-title/ in my permalink.

In Settings->Permlink I have set postname.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

if you have postname slug set, then you will simply have postname in permalink.

OK,

but if I change my permalink setting to custom /news/%postname%/ my portfolio-item slug doesn't work.

But we already tested it under Settings > Permalinks section what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/882Lo3WTr.png and it works.

Thanks to your thread. I was able to sort out a custom perma link error with my blog.
Posts were not single posts but stuck in categorie pages.
