  • Hi,

the page you sent above is not a Blog page. We suggest to look at http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#blog where we explained how to create blog page properly.

    Thanks!
  • Hi.

I followed the instructions exactly as given in the documentation. But just not happening.

The connection is made between the blog page and the post. Request to check the below post link, in the sub header it comes as - Home > Blog > Creative Designing > When Can We Say That Your Corporate Website Redesign Is Successful?. And when I click blog, its taking me to the blog page.

Please point out where I'm going wrong. Thanks in advance.

    Regards.
  • Hi,

The same way I created the portfolio page, its working fine. but not the blog page. Please help.

Request to refer the earlier message as well.

    Regards.
  • Really? You did followed these steps? Then why you didn't set Settings > Reading section what was explained in the doc of course?
  • We are having the same problem. Creating the blog page successfully works for the completely blog listing (all posts) however, clicking an individual post pulls up the post using a different but unknown template with default settings.

Settings >> Reading >> Posts page  is set to "Blog".

This works for the list of all blog entries, but does not work for an individual post. The documentation does not include information for individual posts, nor does BeTheme options have any obvious settings that control this independently.

I'd add that in general, I find support to be very confrontational with the way you answer questions. Clearly there is a gap in functionality, usability of your controls or just documentation. Your theme(s) has too many questions that you take an "obvious" tone with, that are not obvious for there to not be issues.
  • @alivedigital Did you set Blog page under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog section as well?
