Why is mobile site not displaying correctly?

Why is my site displaying like this on mobile?

Hi,

this has nothing to theme. You have probably something in .htaccess on server what redirects on mobile to different theme on mobile.

This is the only thing in .htaccess:

If it's the only one then you need to look for a problem somewhere else. Maybe plugins, or maybe something else in files? Just switch to any other even default WP theme and you will see that mobile version would look the same what means it has nothing to theme itself.

AHA I figured it out, It seems that it was that Jetpack had its mobile site option checked off.
