fixed background images issue since update

I updated my server today to use php 7 and at the same time I updated Wordpress to 4.5.3. Since then, the fixed background image which has also been set too Center No-Repeat Fixed Cover no longer covers the entire screen so I have solid colors (was white is now black to blend better temporarily) on the bottom of my pages. Lots of it if the page content is long and really stands out. If I change it to Center No-Repeat Fixed it at least fits a bit better but not on all the pages. I don't think the fixed aspect is working anymore.

I haven't touched the theme at all in months so no idea why this suddenly happened.
Please let me know if there is anything I'm doing wrong.

we checked your site and the background cover entire screen. We didn't noticed anything wrong with your backgrounds.
