Larger and height Menu area and his transparency

First of all congratulate you for your great platform themes.
Second I have two queries regarding the modification of betheme.
The first one is the possibility of extending the height of Menu area to contain a larger and height logo.
The second is the possibility of control the transparency menu bar that generate the hedear in modern format.
