Import and Export

I am actually thinking of buying a second licence to create another site.
Meanwhile i have the question should i need to actually replicate my current designs using betheme framework, and i am placing them over another... 1. What is the easiest way to do it? such as import and export?
Any guidance?
2. Meanwhile, is there a place where serious documentation could be found for this theme. It has been a while since i last used this therefore i could not recall. Could you advise?
3. I have previously created a one page site where everything is cluttered into a page. I am not thinking of breaking them up into separate pages, How can i do that without having to redo everything on the new page?
4. The current wordpress version is newer than what i have by quite a bit.
May i know how do i upgrade?
Do i update wordpress core first, and afterwards remove the theme and upload the new theme which we have been updated with?
Will our previous designs be affected in such upgrades?
How can we do so without affecting the designs that were already in place?
Please advise because my experience with upgrades previously was that everything needs to be re adjusted because of the upgrades. Would this be the case if we try to upgrade to 4.53? i am currently at 4.x.

1. First, you need to remove all data with Wordpress Reset plugin. But please remember that this plugin removes all data, like: pages, posts, settings, etc. Your Wordpress would be again as clear as after first installation. After that, you can import another demo.
