Navigation Arrows At Top of Post

RE: Politics Theme:
I'd like to turn "OFF" the Navigation Arrows at the top of Blog Posts, but leave "ON" the Navigation Arrows that display on on the left and right (bottom) of the browser window.
I see the setting to turn "OFF" Navigation Arrows in the admin panel, under Blog, Portfolio, Shop.
But...that turns "OFF" both Navigation Arrows.
Is there a custom CSS to turn "OFF" just the Navigation Arrows at the top of the blog posts?

please send us link to page where you would like to remove this navigation first because this could be achieved with custom css only.

Thanks, but I was able to revise it myself.
If anyone is interested...this is how it works:
