Revolution Slider Retreating

When I try and create a new slide, or even import one, I am unable to save. Furthermore, all of the drop downs on the right hand side on slider settings do not cascade down for me to make choices. Thanks in advance for any help.

We tried to access with above access but it doesn`t work what is actually good because you shouldn`t send access to dashboard here as this is public section and everyone can see it. If you want to send us private message, you should click on our avatar/nickname above and this is best and safest way.

BTW Please update revolution slider first because maybe just slider files hasn`t been uploaded properly. More info about that you can read on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/5/how-to-update-revolution-slider
