I'm trying to get the dropdown menu to appear closer to the main menu option. It's appearing much further below than I want. I've attached screenshots.

Ok, thanks. So to display sub-menu closer to main menu, you need to use an extra css:
#Top_bar .menu li ul { top: 60% !important; }
