Menu "Squished" when scrolling down a page

Hi Muffin Group -

I'm having an issue where the main menu becomes squashes together when scrolling down a page

BeTheme 5.0

The header style I'm using is "Below Slider" with no custom CSS on it


When scrolling down, this happens: http://i.imgur.com/E21j7hQ.png

If I change the header to "Fixed" it appears "squashed" all the time

Hoping you can help resolve this!
