Hi, where do I need to insert a css code to transform main menu text in uppercase ?

each custom css should be pasted into Theme options > Layout > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.

ok, I tried with that and it works !
#Top_bar .menu {text-transform:uppercase;}
can I increase font-weight ? I tried to add font-weight:700; but it does not work

You asked "where" above so we thought that you know how to do it
About font-weight, above css you mentioned is fine but some fonts may not exist with 700 weight format. And this could be the reason why it does not work in your case.
