Boxed Layout with fixed header
Hello,
I am trying to get my header to be fixed and boxed at the same time. But when I select the fixed header style layout it automatically makes it full width instead of boxed. I have seen in some of your theme demos that it is possible to have a boxed fixed header but I can't seem to figure out how to get mine to do it. My footer is also full width and not boxed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
