How to change the header height?

Hi Muffin Group,

How do I control the height of the header? I used the transparent header style. Using Google Chrome tools for developers I can see that the min height is set to 250 pixels. How can I change that by using the Muffin options? Or is it something that can only be adjusted by adding custom css? Thanks in advance for your reply.
