Centre Mailchimp Form in Footer

Hi there

I am having difficulty centring the mailchimp form within the footer of my site.

I've tried a bunch of coding etc over the months without success. I tried the suggestion of setting the footer size to 1/1 as mentioned at this link http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/19249/footer/p1

The form disappeared when I did this so if it is the solution I'm wondering if I've altered the code somewhere along the line for it to have this effect?
