Hello

So that the first time I bought the theme, it works well. but the second time I bought the theme does not work as expected.

I can see, do not look like the demo page http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/insurance/

since I had seen Visual Composer version (4.12) is older than at my other website that works nicely and it's the same theme

I have tried to download and install both the theme files on your website.

I have tried copying all the theme files from my second website.

When I copied the then stops Visual Composer 4.9 to function error occurs in the javascript. I Googled it and some that have the same error and google map api function error occurs in the javascript

Okay, I've done it.

Soon I get tired of you. because they themeforest.net says I should use your forum to get support. I am here to help my customers who have problems with your theme. unless you provide good now answers to how come that the same code works fine on my client's first website but not the second client's website. Otherwise I have to change the theme manufacturer to another.

1. My customer purchased licenses of two betheme

2. both customer domains located on one.com

3. I and my customers have been waiting for you to fix problemmet

4. You have received both the login information for both domains

5. I have tested with different versions from 14.2 to 14.4 with the same error

I spoke with my college and he confirmed that he get he message from you with dashboard access but nothing except that. He told me that you didn't explained what for this access is and also the dashboard is not in English language. He also told that he checked the site you said doesn't work well and he didn't found anything wrong. He confirmed that all is fine on that site. So if you want him to have a look on it once again, you supposed to send him complete details like:

- dashboard access
- explanation of what for this access is
- if necessary, give him a steps of what to do to re-create your problem

All those details supposed to be sent thru contact form on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact

And if you want to get the answer, you need to change your e-mail address on TF account because we always reply on the e-mails that comes from Themeforest.
